Crane malfunction 11.02.2021

Hereby we inform you, that due to unexpected technical failure of the terminal crane, the service underneath the crane track area is temporarily suspended. The service in other areas of the terminal is continuous.

The maintenance is already in progress. We will keep you informed.

Crane maintenance

Dear Partners,

 

Hereby we inform you, that wheel replacement will be performed on the terminal’s crane, so within below time intervals:

  • from 08:00 a.m. 30 January 2021 till 06:00 p.m. 31 January 2021 and
  • from 08:00 a.m. 6 February 2021 till 06:00 p.m. 7 February 2021

all road and rail related service by crane will be suspended. Containers positioned underneath the crane track area cannot be picked up.

Services from other areas of the Terminal (drop off/pick up)  are handled by our reachstackers, road arriving drop offs, depot related traffics and all other services are provided in this way.

Crane maintenance

Dear Partners,

 

As we have already informed you, in order to minimize the unexpected failures, once a week regular crane maintenance has been introduced, which is still in force. In case of any changes we will keep you updated.

Due to planning reasons the works take place on Wednesdays between 07:00 a.m – 01:00 p.m. During this period the service with crane will be suspended, so within this time interval containers positioned underneath the crane track area cannot be picked up.

Services from other areas of the Terminal (drop off/pick up)  are handled by our reachstackers, road arriving drop offs, depot related traffics and all other services are provided in this way.

Personal Change

Dear Partners,

 

We would like to kindly inform you, there will be a change in Rail Cargo Terminal – BILK Zrt. management as of January 1, 2020. Mr. Attila Czöndör is now becoming the Executive Member of the Board following Mr. Viktor Lippai in his position at our company.  

Mr. Viktor Lippai, joined Rail Cargo Terminal – BILK Zrt. in 2017 leading the Budapest terminal in a time filled with exceptional challenges and difficulties. He will take over the position of managing director of Rail Cargo Operator – Hungaria Kft.  from the beginning of the year remaining in the Rail Cargo Group.

Mr. Attila Czöndör, has built his expertise and experience in various positions within the RCG conglomeration obtaining international field experience in management and leadership both in Hungary and abroad, now working as the new Executive Member of the Board at Rail Cargo Terminal- BILK Ltd.
